We haven't experienced their torture, yet...

I wasn't planning a Friday post until I read an article about ISIS/ISIL below. I could not let it go through the weekend...

~ Axis of evil? I didn’t know the Quran condoned and encouraged rape. Yea, sex slavery “sales contracts notarized by the ISIS-run Islamic courts”. ISIS uses this as a recruiting tool.

This is one horrific article: sickening! If this doesn’t provoke outrage, we are lost. Save the whales, seals, cats and dogs, but ignore this and allow 12 year old girls to be raped and enslaved? If we recognize ISIS as a state and allow them to function as such, we will be party to torture, terrorism and human rights barbarity.

~ Globalization is probably one of the worst things that has happened to the middle class. American independence has been tossed out the door because it’s more profitable to outsource to a country who doesn’t regulate business and labor as it is here. The change is becoming catastrophic.

~ If you haven’t seen the photos of the explosion in China Thursday, you might want to check it out. It was massive! I’m surprised more people weren’t injured or killed.

~ Fox News said the power grid in Texas was almost at maximum capacity and that the state had issued a conservation alert until 7 PM. The news anchor said don’t turn off the TV but go turn off some lights and turn up the thermostat a couple of degrees. It’s under 100 outside, get ready for power outages.

I don't go along with all this anti-terrorism business. I think it is used as another ruse to control people through the use of fear. You have to look at the news sources as well, and the one you cited is from the NY Times -- lately known to be a great yankee purveyor of government lies and propaganda.

Additionally, since we're talking about ISIS here, why does no one speak to the revelation that the US and its allies created and to this very day finance ISIS?

I'm telling ya, there's more to this terrorism game than meets the eye. You cannot trust what you hear in the mainstream. It's all smoke and mirrors.

Speaking of globalization, check out Canada's C-51.

I looked up C-51.

Apparently, the RCMP says the legislation could be used against Greenpeace.

Maybe a silver lining?
